Our valued customers can return and exchange products within 3 days of the date of receipt.

Any damage to products resulting from shipping must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Returns or compensation for products damaged during shipping will not be accepted unless the outer shipping carton and the shipping label are available.

The refund period for purchases is a maximum of 14 business days, depending on applicable policies and bank transfers.

- The original purchase and shipping invoice must be attached in case of return or exchange within the period mentioned above for each case.

- Purchases must be in their original condition at the time of purchase, with their packaging, and the original purchase invoice must be attached.

- In the event of exchanging purchases made through our stores or the online store, and in the event of a price difference, the customer will bear the price difference.

- In the event of returning or exchanging purchases, the customer will bear the shipping fees and the cash-on-delivery fees if they were paid in advance.

- If payment was made by credit card / Mada / Sadad and the customer wants to return the purchases, the customer will bear the shipping fees if they were paid in advance.
